SOLVED Error:ServerOffline

Hi
I realise, reading this board, that others have had this problem, but I can't really see an answer. I can't log in.
There was a link on anothr thread to check if my server is 'compromised'. I checked this and it is.
I've sent 4 messages to Celeste over the last few days on the 'contacct us' link, fueled by withdrawal symptoms.
No reply.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I assume the link was https://proxycheck.io/ ?
If so, that means that you have been blocked, I dont know anyway around it, except maybe using a VPN, which could be blocked too.. I know a Dev was going to look into the issue, not sure whats happening.
Instead of using the contact Us, it would be better using our Discord, theres a link at bottom of the site..

I don't understand why I might have been blocked. I can't use Discord as it won't let me claim my account. I just don't understand it - I was a long time player on the orinal game- just been back a few weeks. But thx anyway

Hi again, Discord were really helpful and looking into my sign-in issues.
Regarding being blocked from AOEO by a 'compromised' server, they said this
"Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide support for this issue since our app is not affiliated with Age of Empires Online. Instead, you may want to directly ask their support team about your situation."

Please would you tell me how I can do this?
