Drop-off Empowerment on Docks

I played for 1000 hours before realizing that the Priestess 'Empower Drop-off' bonus works on fishing boats at a dock.
Because fishing boats carry 30+ food, the drop-off bonus is quite a significant uptick in food gathered.

This is helpful for stockpiling food to train herds of Egyptian Elephants.
It works really well for Defeat Kourion, where you have limited terrestrial resources and no safe route for trade caravans.

Note: Empower drop-off does not affect Merchant Transports trading between docks.
