Completing installation when I've previously removed Windows Store?

My title really says most of my problem. I've got my launcher and registration seemingly ready to go but I'm halted by "xlive.dll" and in the "Prerequisites" folder given I get to about 80% of the "games for Windows Live" install but then continuously fail there after repeated attempts. I can only assume this was due to my choice of removing Windows integrated store completely and I basically cannot rectify my decision until I completely reinstall windows again. Just haven't gotten around to do so
 
Hi! Are you following the guide on reddit, or the video guide? Also, has the celeste launcher prompted you to do a game scan?
 
I'm about to go into work, but I'll post back to any replies once I'm off later. And to answer the question only windows defender currently. All scans show nothing as of yet. Scan multiple times daily. And I've never had a problem with defender blocking anything in the past, besides maybe a crack for a game if/when I have one on my system
