When i connect to the game, and choose a faction, i have like 1 minute before being redirected to the menu screen. But within that 1 minute time frame i can start quests and play them with no problems, but the chat isn't working at all (cant write nor read messages), it says "you are not currently connected to the chat server". Another interesting fact is that i can only read messages from other people while playing a quest
