Can't redeem Halloween Bow

Hi!

I am unable to redeem the Halloween event's quest: Reforging Marduk's Ancient Bow.

Some of the materials are from the previous Halloween, if that's relevant in any way.

What happens:
1. I put the materials in my storage house;
2. I collect the quest
3. The quest signals that it is redeemable
4. I open the panel of the quest and click on "Complete"
5. The dialog closes, but the materials are NOT consumed and I don't get the bow.

I tried dropping the quest, logging off, restart my PC, switch civs and nothing worked.
