SOLVED Can't complete quest with "defeat enemy"

Hi. After last patch I got problem with completing quest with condition "Enemies Defeated: Incomplete" 2 or 3 days ago I tried Legendary Defeat of Boudicca with co-op partner but got error out of sync. When I pressed ESC for some times my co-op partner playing than I saw he don't move and enemy just don't attack me. When I kill all enemies and destroy all buidlings even walls it count everything except "Enemies Defeated: Incomplete". Today I played just skirmish match with standard condition and same, can't complete. Trying even Wonder condition but won't help too. Now I try to complete quest "Elite: Return The Favor" but same happing.

But quest which don't have "Enemies Defeated: Incomplete" for example today I completed Bella Come Home and Good Ol Peepaw and worked normal. If anyone got problem like this and now what to do please answer

Even now when my friend make party and he start co-op Cretins on the Coast! I got on 5 seconds from start out of sync and after 1 minute I don't saw he making new units. I got 3/10 round enemy don't attack and game crashed when making print screen. Now I maked party on same crete quest and got too out of sync, but just look and 2 screenshot below i don't saw wave starting, but my friend told me that he saw enemy which don't attack from spawn position.

Look at time difference and still wave 0/10.

I reinstall game by using steam and something helped. First match of skirmish completed normally for testing, now I will have to test co op and rest to be sure.
