Anyone can tell me is it normal to lose Recipe from Crafting Hall?

I just got a Rare Phalanxes recipe and now its gone Perhaps i clicked the unlearned button on infantry. Can someone clarify on this?

Yeah, if you unlearn a crafting school, you lose it's recipes. I think it says that when you click the Unlearn button, but I dont remember. Either way, its intentional
