About trainning time on arrows

Do anyone knows if "train time" from arrows applyes on town centers ?
So is an good idea to put the Silver Point arrow in the TC to train villages faster ?
Do anyone have a tool to calculate this ?
I could not find this information in the unistats...

No, they don't work on TCs. If you put them on archers, they will train faster but if you put them on buildings, units out of those buildings will not train faster.
