A few lag and truble

Hey everyone, I'm a french player. I have played for 4 months now. I have got a truble.

While i play there's a lag not connected to the performance of my computer, it does like an alt+tab, then black screen and it came back to normal a few seconds after. Does someone has any solutions or idea of what it could be ?
