30 Waves Defense Meete Crete

It's about 30 waves at Defense Meete Crete Myrtoic Sea. I tried several times because I still don't understand this different point system.

Please clarify:

Is the survival bonus -> not a single person dead ?
Elimination bonus, what is that? its killspeed?

is that a bug? why sometimes there is no survival bonus or elimination bonus.

Not sure what the survival bonus is, it feels random when it happens.
Elimination is when you clear the wave fast enough -> before the next wave starts
