24-Slot Warehouses / Halloween

Hi all,
during the halloween event i have used all my halloween points on my baby civ and now i have lots of 24 Slot Warehouses on that civ.

I dont understand the point why its not allowed to put them on my empire vault.. xD
Also i have done a mistake and bought early days one 24-warehouse for 250ep and cant use it. I didnt knew that we cant replace the first one Warehouse and now i am sitting on 6/7 24-warehouses *omg* (btw. same with vanity)

Any idea how to use them on my other civs?!

It was like that in old game. My best guess to why it is untradeable, is to keep players from exchanging gold for items that are intended to be purchased by empire points. I have a few myself, but since one of the first things I did with EP is max vault and max 24 slot storage, I'll just keep them around until I feel like decorating, or flush them. Kind of like a learicorn.

You can mail them to yourself, and open the mail from another civ. That would solve your problems. :)
 
I am sure that I had sent a haunted warehouse blueprint with mail to my other civ while the event was active. So they must have changed this.
