Is there a minimum level or another pre-req for this event? I have version V2.0.8.2 installed and Marcus Pollux doesn't have "City of the Sun God" on his quest list and Rhakotis city doesn't appear on my map. I just started playing a few days ago, so I'm only level 14 (Egyptian).
