If you have an antivirus, try adding the games folder to its exceptions. If you have Kaspersky antivirus, that has to be disabled to start the game, it can be restarted once in game if needed..

Thats usually because you may have to manually set the ports in your router .. In the launchers settings > MP Settings.. if the port mapping is set to manual, which is sets to that if it can not use/detect your routers UPNP (Universal Plug and Play) where it would set it for you if it did ...

Usually alot faster response if you use Discord The website and game logins are completely different.. Reset password will result in a random password. I think with 16 Characters and has to be done via Launcher

Try and Delete the quest, then get it again and try it .. Maybe the quest was changed and old quest made it crash.. It worked for me

Internal Error is usually caused by a invalid password, that has been the case from that issue I have seen so far, try doing a reset pass, but you wont be able to choose a pass it will be random ..

The last issue with that error was that the password was invalid, caused by password reset when it had 32 digits, now it was changed to give out 16 .. So if you previously had a password reset, try it again

NSCGeek is correct about Kaspersky, although once the game is started, you can re-enable Kaspersky.

Did you try the options for that channel ? right click its tab and select Options.. make sure its enabled for that channel by selecting General, if its suppose to be the General channel.. Sometimes it loses the selected options
