You should both get the Quest's Rewards (inlcuding XP, if offered) as long as you both have the quest prior to starting it. If so, you will both be able to turn it in to the quest giver respectively.

Dont think the game scan solves this one, as it's likely not an issue on his end, but rather server-side/game-wise.

Can confirm this is a bug. Likely due to the amount of time innactive. Tried it on my PC with his account and I also could not collect the matierials. So it certainly isnt a local issue.

Kind of funny that 2 .xml files are marked. For ransomware too, lol. You can open those files and view the contents, it's just XML. Also the laucher's code is public on GitHub if you'd like to view that also. It's a false-positive. Adding an exclusion for the game's folder will solve this.

Hello! Try adding exclusions for the game's folder and/or exe files (Including the Celeste launcher) from within all if you're antivirus/antimalware Programs you may have.

Hello! If you have any antiviruses/antimalware programs other than Kaspersky, add an exclusion for the game's folder and try again. If you use kaspersky, you have to disable kaspersky while playing.
