I was able to blindly poke around and get into the first (tutorial?) scenario. I confirmed that there are no letters/text anywhere in game, including the menus like options. All blank. Everything else appears to be working, but as it is all unlabeled, the game is not really playable.

I also tried turning all the xbox apps back on, using the services tab of task manager. I had them shut down as they were causing some of my non-Microsoft games to glitch. That had no effect either.
