Need co-op buddies to help me improve

So i have not been playing very long. I have most civs at lvl 40 but my gear is not great.
I was hoping to get some co-op friends to help me get better and to learn some of the harder quests to speed things up a bit.

Thanks I am in Europe time zone. Normally play in the evening but I can get on in he day time some days.
