    SOLVED Refund/Exchange

    I recently bought an item from the Empire Store that I thought it was tradeable, but it isn't. Is there any way I can get a refund (giving it back of course). Or at least can I transfer it to another city? Both would do nicely

    Milestones

    Milestones do not work for me. Every time I select one, I get a confirmation message, then.. nothing. Is this normal? Is this fixable?
