Would it be possible for the game to show a message when you're trying to place a workshop after you've reached the limit of 2 advanced and 8 normal ones? Same with inventory. A message like the one you get when you're trying to equip an advisor and you're not in your capital. I see many new people thinking there's something wrong when they can't place a workshop for example.
