'whoever' is an invalid gametag & game crashes.

If I don't relog about every 30 seconds then everyone in trade channel who I try to whisper becomes invalid gametag. The system just replies with 'whoever' is an invalid gametag.

Also, frequently if changing civs I logout, then click Play button then a box comes up:-
LOGGING IN
CONNECTING TO AUTHORIZATION SERVER
"CANCEL" button

At this point the game hangs and a dialog box "Age of Empire Online is not responding" appears.
I then have to end task in Task Manager and restart.

Please, any suggestions to fix these problems ?
Anyone else get this ?

Run a ping to your router on repeat? ping 192.x.x.x -t and see if the connection starts to timeout? Any timeouts are drops in connection. AOEO is really fussy about even momentray drops.

Hi! That is a weird issue. But luckily, since the game crashes (The "has stopped working"/"is not responding" message) you can send the .dmp files from the diagnostic mode. Enable Diagnostic mode from the launcher, then cause the crash. Then, send over the .dmp files located in Documents/Spartan/MiniDumps
