What are the Specs to Run Offline Editor?

    I cannot run the offline editor as it says my rig don't meet specs :

    This what I have :
    CPU : I5 - 2450m 2.5Gz
    RAM: 8GB

    Graphics :
    NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M
    Memory 4294965248 MB
    Memory type 2
    Driver version 9.18.13.2702
    Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
    Memory 4294965372 MB
    Memory type 2
    Driver version 9.17.10.3347

    OS: Win7 SP1 64bit
    DIRX: 11

    The MS softw is attached
    So what do I need plse ???

    There's should be an "Attempt to run game anyway" button, try clicking it.

    Thanks, but I Did that 1st off , but CTD :(

    here was a new editor to d/l now I get a different msg :
    "Age of Empires Online encountered a problem when trying to determine your system's capabilities. To resolve this issue, uninstall and reinstall the game."

    I can do w/o the editor if my specs are no good I don't want to reinstall ... thats a huge d/l
