Unable to find requested city when trying to visit another player

    It doesn't matter whether I trying to View Empire am using the friends list, or via people that shows up on the chat window. This

    AFAIK this used to work, as I had completed the Visit a Friend quest before, not too long ago.

    visit a friend was bugged (causing a problem with loading your city or something)and has been disabled until it gets fixed
