I am at level 34 with my celtic civ, but I still do not see the trading for celtic charcoal quest available. Please help.

Just complete the quests from Massalia and you should have it

I understand, but I don't have any quest giver in my capital with the "visit Massalia" quest. That is the problem.

Maybe you was already in Massalia. As celts go to the land map where your capital is. On the same page is massalia on the very south. Quest giver is "Bard". Maybe you have to do a mission before you get the trade quest.

I don't recall having done "The Fate of All Traitors."

Did you do the quests in Vindelicia and Village of Sens? I had the same problem, but after completing the quests there and getting the breadcrumb quest to go to Massalia, I got a new quest there and after completing it, got the repeatable trading for charcoal.
