The quest called ''incursion'' is bugged on my brothers account ''Spar''. The quest of part of the Celeste Special Content: The Greek Revolt and a link to it can be found here: https://ageofempiresonline.fandom.com/wiki/Incursion
In the quest you're required to speak to the Dock Foreman, however, this is not possible. Clicking on the NPC does nothing, and it's not possible to abandon the quest. Relogging or completing another mission does not fix the issue.
I don't know if it's possible for someone force-complete the quest, or maybe remove it from the quest log. Any kind of help or ideas to fix the issue are more than welcome.

edit: I just want to clarify that ''Spar'' is NOT a smurf account. I am NOT the owner of the account, and i've never played on it.
