the folder specified in the start box is not valid

I installed the game using step one in the tutorial then launched the game and it loaded but didn't start so i used step two by launching by spatran exe i changed the target in properties and i got this message (the folder specified in the start box is not valid)
kindly send a solution to this problem

What antivirus do you have ? If you have Kaspersky, close the launcher, then disable Kaspersky, then start launcher and game

Did the game actually start? If so it loaded to the screen where is shows the boats then closed ?

It sounds like an issue with your sound card, usually these days is built in ..
You can test this by disable your sound in Device Manager, then see if the game loads fully.
If it works then, all I can say is maybe try updating the drivers for your sound device, or even try Windows Updates
