stuttering /lag

    Hey. I have stuttering /lag in the game, it comes and goes every few minutes. the game goes in slowmotion for some time (10-20 seconds) and then back to normal. I dot have any performance problems on my PC. Someone who can help?

    As far as stuttering, I've noticed that the music sometimes gets garbled or gets stuck (like a broken record) once I complete a quest and the end-music starts. It also happens during log-out and log-in when I switch civs. Anyone else have this issue ?
