Sparta Reforge buff / nerf scale

The Reforge facility at Sparta is a great addition to the game.

Often though, I think it would be nice to have some numeric scale attached to how much a legendary item is either nerfed or buffed.

Instead of just it's in the red (nerfed) or in the green (buffed) perhaps it would be useful to have some numeric figure associated with the amount of buff or nerf.

eg:
A max. buff stats item get a 5 rating.
A default stats item get a 0 rating.
A max nerf stats item get a -5 rating.

If I've some EP spare to spend on a reforge it would be great to test several of my legendary items and see which is the most nerfed and spend my EP on a reforge accordingly.

A buff / nerf scale rating might also be useful in trade channel:
eg WTS [Lens of Menes] 5 (max buff) price
