Second summer event not working

    The second summer event that came with the patch from yesterday 05.10.2019 does not work properly for me.
    Marcus Pollux has no quest for me.
    I had one quest with elephants as chest guardians, but not anymore. If the elephant guardians and their chest belong to the event and I should had received summer coins, that did not happen.
    I also have no Rhakotis on the map.
    I did not play the summer event before, just started a week ago with playing.

    Resolved: Did not know that one has to be level 20, did not saw that in the event description. Sorry.
