Reward players for helping with quests they don't have

Hey guys,

when you invite friends to the game and you want to quest together I find it unfortunate that there is no reward if you are not by chance on the same quest. Like Andy P posted:

One particular annoyance with having to grind all civs to level 40 is that it is very difficult to find another coop player who randomly happens to have the same quests unlocked and unfinished. I find myself having to solo grind low level quests, which takes me away from doing the quests I enjoy with others.

Ofc you can level with Skirmish and Crete TD but then again you need the questlines to unlock the legendary quests.

So perhaps we could add a reward for helping others to complete their quests.

One way to implement this would be to add a repeatable quest that says "Help five players to complete a quest" or something along those lines and it would reward you with some chests and coins.

fully agree on that.
My friend is asking me all the time with help, and I did these missions few days before.
Therefore I don't like it to do the missions again. But also don't want to let down my friend :/
