I recently completed the India Pataliputra with India , Romans , Greeks etc.
It was great thank you
But what I noticed was , when you try again after completion, finish and get the Leg Quest the normal and elite quests ... well the chests are only 37 ??
Is this intentional ??
In all the others when you are 40 you get decent rewards at least 40 level chests .
The reason I am asking is they won't get much attention from me , even at elite if the chests are 37 they will just go straight to sale .and I don't need to get or sell level 37 chests
So my suggestion is ,
After one finishes make the chests 40
at least make the elite worth playing for level 40 civs with level 40 chests
If it is intentional or too much hard work - then please forget my suggestion
