I understand that we cannot sell items (ie - empire points or coins) without violating Microsoft's Game Content Usage Rules, however, it appears that we are allowed to offer "incentives" if players contribute to the game's operating costs (see below in italics). I am aware that when the game launched, there was a promotion for the Tantalizing Topiary, Glorious Gardening, Startling Statuary, Bountiful Bushes and Ornate Ornaments buildings. Can we bring such a promotion back ??? Some of us didn't know about Celeste when it launched and missed that opportunity, however, being able to decorate a city affordably would be a nice addition to the game, particularly since we can't purchase empire points.
