No item upon craft / crete large chests

As the spartan heroic hour ended at 8 AM I crafted a Hadrian's Wall and the box where the item should appear just remained empty unfortunately. Crafting materials were consumed.

Just before this I spent all my Crete points on large Crete chests. I had 600 points I believe (not sure) - all chests awarded vanity gear only.
