New Blueprints?!

hi all,

my friend iGn: "actionjaxson" bought the new one "glorious gardening" and told me it doesnt works.
He has bought it and lost also -450ep but he didnt got the blueprint to build it.

Anyone else has same issue ?! And any chance that he gets hes ep back ?!

Everything in the Empire Bazaar store (DLC's) by default is marked as bought, so he couldnt have bought it..
The Bountiful Bushes, Glorious Gardening, Ornate Ornaments, Startling Statuary, Tantilizing Topiary were given to the champion supporter, which has been since stopped, no idea on the future of those stores..
 
Sooo; am i understood u right, those re not for all players?! But game shows me on my civ as not marked (not bought yet) so we "all" have the option to buy them for 450ep or not ?

And how it is possible to click on buy lose the 450ep and dont get it (also not marked as bought)?

I hope, u dont think that we re trying to hunt some free ep here dude ..o_O;)

Just relog and go speak to the questgiver at this shop it the one who will give the bp to you

And now anyone can buy them indeed
