Information popup lower significantly the FPS

Hello,

As indicated in the title, the information popup that appears when you leave the mouse on an element of the game generates a significant drop in FPS (I go from 60 to 35/40 fps). Maybe it's due to my graphics card a Geforce 1060, up to date drivers.

In the options, there is the possibility of adjusting the transparency of these zones, but even at max it is not completely opaque, if the decrease is indeed linked to this transparency, would it be possible to remove this transparency when the option is at its max?

Have you try to disable your graphic card and only use the video from CPU ?

the game is quite old and not developed for modern graphics cards

@Slyrevick : what a very, very strange idea... i tried just to see how bad it is.
OFC the game work verry, verry slow (less than 5 fps) without graphic card... (CPU I7 4790K)

That doesn't make sense.
My I5 7200U runs the game smoothly without any additional graphic card.
an i7 4790K is more powerful.
