hello I reinstall my game and I can no longer send a message apart from the general if not whisper it tells me each time gametag invalid more I can no longer visit the cities either of my friends how to please please in advance
 
Visiting cities is currently disabled. As for the invalid gamertag, I'm not sure... I occasionally get that too but re logging usually fixes it. Try asking in help on discord where they can guide you through some troubleshooting steps.
