Golden Gorget

So I worked through all the requirements for the "Edicts from the Beloved Emperor: The Golden Gorget", but the status for the quest is incomplete with no reward.

The elite and legendary quest are still shown in white, even though I've complete the required number of quests:

The Elite Meet in Crete Completed: Complete <----- shown in green
Elite Quest Completed: 20/20 <-----shown in white
Legendary Quest Completed: 40/40 <-----shown in white

I've logged off and the back on but the status did not change.

Anyone else having this problem. It took me a long time to complete all of these quests and I don't want to miss out on the Golden Gorget.

Play one more of those quests, and it should work.

okay, so I did an additional Elite quest and the line

Elite Quest Completed: 21/20 <-----turned green

but then I logged off and back on only to find the line

Elite Quest Completed: 21/20 <-----turned back to white

I will next try to complete a legendary quest and then without logging off try to complete an elite quest.

Okay, I found a work around to the Golden Gorget problem.....

After completing both 20 elite quests and 40 legendary quests, to get the Golden Gorget I did the following: First I completed an additional elite quest, then without logging off I completed an additional legendary quest.

Then the Golden Gorget was granted!

So I think to win the Golden Gorget you must complete your 20th elite quest and your 40th legendary quest in the same session without logging off in between.
