Global Market prices...why?

    Just pointing out some trolling going on in the Global Market today lol wtf

    Both items had same stats of 10.1%. Why would anyone even post this at 10M?? Where's the joke or is it to show ppl "I got one, you dont"? Crazy. Just though I'd share =)

    ps: some ppl base their selling prices off of the GM, but clearly they are way way off....

    Just ignore those items, never buy them and they'll have to reduce the price, as simple as that

    Maybe their vault was full, and they wanted an extra storage slot with no intention to sell? Maybe dreaming? Maybe they hope someone buys? Who knows. But, remember, you can keep an eye on the marketplace bot in our discord and see the names of players that do this. :D

    It's because the non refundable listing fee isn't a percentage of the asking price.
    If it was we wouldn't see such stupidity.

    This is somthing I have been advocating for. Players listing normal items will not face any different listing fee. But these huge priced items should have a higher deposit. This way, players will be encouraged to price those items to sell, or offer them in trade chat.

    Exactly, it makes the "marketplace tax" scale upward with player wealth/goods pricing, and inflation of gold. One of the few ways of taking gold out of the game that won't hit newbies hardest

    that athenian stays for weeks now there and you can always find such prices, that's nothing new and nothing to do about it then just ignore.
    they hope that u missclick on that item and buy by mistake, scoundrels..:eek: so best, always take care.

    It seems to be pretty harmless, maybe just a mistake ? who has that amount of coins anyway ?

    We had a joker in the past that was buying Cyprus store legendary items and placing them in GM at inflated prices. Dishonorable people will do dishonorable things at others expense unfortunately. Not to say, mistakes do happen :)
