SOLVED error server offline

I don't know why but when i try to login i take the error message server is offline and according to discord the server is online what happen here ?
before this error my brother was online and collecting materials and for one moment my internet goes down after a restart on my modem i cant login

The error is gone, same think my internet goes down with no reason and after this i am able to play the game again weird things....
