Does Woodsman Weylin epic actually drops?

    like the title says, does Woodsman Weylin epic actually drops in crete and elite meet in crete?
    Is there any witness who can confirm it drops on epic rarity and that those that gets for sale are not just remnants of the before times?

    I have dropped rare WW, but never seen an epic one drop nor anybody who told me they dropped an epic one since the exclusive drop patch.
