disconnect instantly giving no error

hi,
i m playing any quest, for some time later game close and return to main menu, PLAY button.
but it gives no error. no server offline message. i just on the menu.

my laptop hardware is very good.

i try to check log files. xlive.log. i dont understand ...

can you please help me to solve
