When creating a new scenario or using an existing one, such as updating the Player Data such as teams or player color, and closing the scenario and re-opening it results in the player data being reset.
How to test:
1) Create a new scenario
2) Click Scenario -> Player Data
3) Set any value different , for example , change the player 1 color to Pink
4) Save changes , close Player Data window.
5) Save Scenario
6) Close Scenario editor
7) Open Scenario editor again
8) Load your previously edited scenario (with the updated player data)
9) Open Scenario -> Player Data
10) Notice you changes have no been persisted
