Heya all, first things first: thank you a lot for bringing this game back to life! 
Since we have access to the Scenario Editor (via Penelope at least) and there already are custom quests (athens questline), I was thinking about something like, for example a Custom Map Contest, where Users can create and submit their own Maps/Scenarios here and vote for them. If a map gets enough Votes and is fully working it could be implemented into Celeste, maybe by adding a Questgiver to the Capital.
Custom maps (PvP & PvE) would bring a fresh wind into the game, especially if you've done all the leg. quests for a while. Maybe even the Community would grow by it, not to mind that maps created by the community means less work for Devs creating it.
