Cannot trade with AI ally on Trouble at Tigris

    See screenshot. This also happens on Assault on Eritrea. However, this does not happen on other quests with allies such as Recapturing Jotunheim, The Landholder Nuisance, or Assault in Colofon

    Something's different with the ally in Tigris, not sure why. you can't repair his TC either.
