Brennos appeared in my Greek capital city

So Brennos appeared in my level 40 Greek capital city, right after i got the quest to visit him in Lodi by Marcus Pollux. I can finish the quest by talking to him, but I didn't because I like having him around (until it's fixed of course). I couldn't upload the screenshot i took so here's a link to the same image on discord.

Update : After loading my egyptians then loading my greeks again, he disappeared from my city. Still, he did appear when i first accepted the quest, so i'm keeping this post up.

EDIT : I can make Brennos appear by having a wolf topiary in my capital city of choice then accepting the quest. He just pops out of nowhere near the thing.
