A log file can't be created.. error

    Hi guys, I'm new here and have some issues with the game..

    I got this error after trying to launch either "Play" or "Play offlline" button.

    System has already been scanned for updates..

    here is pic of the error I get... has anyone came across same and managed to fix it?
