this is my country this is our history and culture, i feel offended to see all the effort that the developers put in to properly model the historic port of Carthage which have the strongest Mediterranean fleet at its peak and then put its location in Egypt while it is in Tunisia. it's revolting ...

The second map you linked was not present in the original game. It was added in project Celeste. Carthage will move to its rightful place on the Italy map when the Roman civilization is released.

That is not possible, you are mistaking it for Farafra Oasis, the main city of the Council of Imhotep alliance.

Nope. In my map every city, every quest is in a line in the middle of the map. I will make a bug report about it soon.
