harvesting

My brother @Forest and me found out, that the Greek Milestone "Harvesting" with the description "Decreases Storehouse tech cost by 15%." decreases the storehouse tech cost much more (63%?) then in the description written. I can't proof this, because I have "Foraging" selected.
