The Romans will have a full tutorial like Greeks, Egyptians and Celts and therefore will not have a demo quest like the pro civilizations.
We cannot easily insert this change.
We plan to fix this feature, but we don't have a clear ETA on it yet. We'll let you know once it's fixed, though!
