When is this happening? Trying to get into the game from the client? Or are you being booted off mid game? Or not able to start a new map?
Have you tried to update your graphics card driver? What is your graphics card, and operating system (incl. version)?
Do you have a problem with disconnecting in any other game, or just AOEO? Are these singleplayer or Co-op quests/gamestates you're having trouble...
