Only way to get a New Map, is to delete your civ and remaking it till you get the map you like. This is Best to do before you level up any civs.
Roman and Babylon have the best looking architecture from what we've seen. Are we going to get an update/glimpse of their Milestones?? or saving...

I liked: Talatat Construction (useful for other civs), Trample, Overwatch, Multifaceted Construction (soldiering isn't bad either), Riding Crop....
