May try it w/o the launcher in compatibility mode ??? Make a desktop shortcut : "D:\Program Files (x86)\Age Of Empires Online\Spartan.exe"...

If you have used/equipped gear and decide to replace/unequip it , then you can save it to use again in the same Civ or You can sell it. You cannot...
